About Julie Smart Koob, GRI
Born and raised in Virginia, I returned to Virginia in 2003 after my husband retired from the military. A graduate of Virginia Tech, I took time off from working to start a family and accompany Keith to three duty stations: Washington, PA (south of Pittsburgh), Ft. Greely, AK (the end of the Alaska-Canada Highway), and Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (at the top of the Chesapeake Bay). Now back for good, my interest in the real estate market motivated me to get my real estate license and make a career out of something I found so intriguing.
"I remember my first experience buying a home, and it was difficult and confusing. It took forever to find the right house, on the right lot, in the right neighborhood, with the right schools AND for a price I could afford. My goal is to help each and every one of my clients find the same thing, and to take the stress out of the home-buying process."
Now a resident of eastern Chesterfield County, I am proud to be affiliated with Napier Realtors ERA. With offices in Colonial Heights and the metro Richmond area, I love being associated with an office that works hard to service our military members and their families. With my military background, I am looking forward to helping other military families find a house that will become their home!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, volunteering for the Virginia Tech Hokies and the Fort Gregg-Adams Area Spouses' Club, and tackling home improvement projects.
