Don’t know where to begin with Julie! She came highly recommended and exceeded these high expectations! We loved her professionalism, honesty, kindness, and willingness to explain and walk us through the process of first-time homeownership. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone who you can tell loves her job. Certainly took the stress out of a notoriously stressful process. Can’t reiterate enough how we were not nearly as stressed as anticipated because of Julie. We placed our trust in her and she did not disappoint!

Julie was always quick to set up showings when a house I was interested in came on the market. She was proactive and would have information about the house and area ready for when we looked at the house. She took the time to explain to me various aspects of the home buying process as I was a first-time homebuyer.

Julie was amazing throughout our home buying process. After seeing how fast homes were selling, my husband and I agreed we'd have to put in offers sight unseen. Julie went to homes and sent us walkthrough videos pointing out the positives and negatives which we liked as it was obvious she was not trying to get a quick sell. She cares about her clients and puts their best interests first. She did our walkthrough post-closing as we were still en route to VA. Our closing went smoothly as well. I would highly suggest Julie, especially to military families who are looking for a realtor who cares.

We were lucky enough to get Julie for the purchase of our home and the recent sale of our home in Chester, VA. Julie is an amazing agent who will go above and beyond for you. As the wife of a retired soldier, Julie understands the struggles we go through as military families. My husband and I are no longer local and needed to sell our home before moving overseas. We had some bumps in the road with the home warranty company, but Julie personally fixed all the issues! You will not find a better agent in the Ft. Lee area! Purchasing a home is always stressful, purchasing a home when your not in the area is even more stressful. Julie made our home buying experience amazing. Julie was a great agent that paid attention to what I was looking for and showed me homes that were within my desired specs. Julie was truly one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. The communication was second to none. She worked extremely hard and I never had to call her for a follow up.
